Desert Day... Time Apart with God to celebrate the great feast of Pentecost on May 27

May is traditionally celebrated as the month of Mary.

As the Queen of Heaven and Earth, she is honoured for her
great faith and love. She is our heavenly mother and
intercedes on our behalf with her son, Jesus.

This free taster session is for anyone who is curious about the Godly Play method.  It is a great opportunity to see if you like the programme before taking a full training course!  Please plan to attend.

Milford Care Centre will hold its Annual Service of Remembrance on Sunday 14th of May commencing at 3pm in Our Lady Help of Christians Church Milford Limerick V94DK44.  We will remember all those who died under our care between 2019-2022.  Further information on the service can be got from the Pastoral Care Team, Tel 061 485907 or 485908.

The Letter – A Message for our Earth

From award winning Off The Fence Productions (My Octopus Teacher) and director Nicolas Brown (Serengeti Rules) The Letter demonstrates the experiences of five people from around the world, the effects of Climate Change on their lives and how they are working to make a difference.

Church leaders in Limerick, including Bishop Brendan Leahy along with Dean Niall Sloane of St. Mary's Church of Ireland Cathedral in Limerick leading a "way of the cross" procession with the faithful through the city.

Godly Play, a programme of spiritual accompaniment for children, is running a training session this summer.  Those interested in serving as Godly Play instructors in the Diocese are encouraged to attend.
